After logging into your mailbox, click the "Receive" button above the main menu on the left. You will then be taken to your inbox to view your received emails.

If the email was sent to you via BCC (Blind Carbon Copy), you will not see your email address in the recipient list. In Outlook, you can right-click the email, select "Properties," then go to the "Details" tab to see your email address in the "Bcc" line.

• 1) Incorrect MX record settings. Use the Dig or Nslookup command to troubleshoot.
• 2) Network failure or firewall issue. You can troubleshoot by telnetting to port 25 of the mail server from an external network.
• 3) The sender's mail server is down. You can check if you are receiving emails from other domains to troubleshoot.
• 4) The recipient's email address was entered incorrectly. For example, a full-width space was added. Ask the sender to provide the bounce-back message for investigation.
• 5) A local rule was triggered. Ask the sender to provide the bounce-back message for investigation.
• 6) Human error. For example, the user set up forwarding in Webmail but did not save a local copy. Check the configuration to troubleshoot.
• 7) Other reasons. If all the above checks show no issues, please contact our customer service staff.

In rare cases, if a sender's mailbox is nearly full, an email that fails to send may be returned. If the bounce-back message is larger than the remaining space in the sender's mailbox, it cannot be delivered successfully.

Generally, emails are not automatically deleted. However, if you place emails in the "Deleted Items" folder, the system will automatically purge items in that folder every 30 days. Additionally, the system automatically purges items in the "Junk Email" folder every 30 days.

If you are not receiving emails from a friend, first check if there is an issue with your own mailbox. You can test this using the following methods:

• 1) Check if your mailbox is full. If it is, you must delete some emails or download them all using a client like Outlook Express to free up space.
• 2) Send an email to yourself. If you can send and receive it successfully, your mailbox is functioning normally.
• 3) Check if your junk mail filter settings are incorrect. Go to "Settings," click "Filters," and see if you have set up any receiving filters with improper configurations.
• 4) Check if you have accidentally added your friend's address to the blocklist. Go to "Settings," click "Blocklist," and see if your friend's address is there. If you have mistakenly added your friend's email address to the blocklist, remove it, and you should be able to receive their emails.

You can also contact the other person to see if they received a bounce-back message, or contact our mailbox administrator.

Use a client like Outlook, Outlook Express, or Foxmail to download and save your emails to your local computer's hard drive. It is recommended to use this method for the following benefits:

• 1) Always keep sufficient mailbox space available.
• 2) Quickly and efficiently access historical emails.
• 3) Access historical emails even when offline.

• 1) Delete an email
• Select the email you want to delete and click the "Delete" button at the top or bottom left of the page. The email will be moved to the "Deleted Items" folder.
• 2) Permanently delete an email
• To delete an email from the "Deleted Items" folder, open the folder, select the email you want to permanently delete, and click the "Permanently Delete" button. To permanently delete all emails in the "Deleted Items" folder, click the "Empty" button.
• 3) To delete an email from the inbox directly, without moving it to the "Deleted Items" folder first, select the email and click the "Permanently Delete" button.
• 4) If you want to permanently delete an email while reading it, simply click the "Permanently Delete" button at the top.
• Note: Permanently deleted emails cannot be recovered, so please use this feature with caution.

This may be because the DNS resolution has not been refreshed, or the internal DNS settings are incorrect. Please contact your organization's network administrator for assistance.

If you no longer wish to receive emails from a certain person, you can use the "Reject Email" action:

• 1) On the read mail page, select "Reject Email" from the "More" menu. You will be prompted to confirm adding the sender to the "Blocklist." Click "OK" to add them.
• 2) On the email list page of a folder, select the email you want to reject and click the "Reject Email" button. You will be prompted to confirm adding the sender to the "Blocklist." Click "OK," and the system will add the address to the blocklist, effectively blocking future emails from that sender.
• From then on, any emails from that address will not be delivered to your inbox.

You can receive emails from multiple mailboxes at the same time, saving you the time of checking each one individually.

Setup method: Click "Settings" on the left side of the mailbox page, then "Account Information," and "External Mailbox Settings." Enter the address and password of the other mailbox you want to fetch mail from, select the receiving server and destination folder, and finally click "Save Changes."

After setup is complete, click the "Receive" button at the top of the page, and the system will start fetching emails from your other mailboxes.

When you view the contents of a folder, the emails within it are automatically sorted by the date they were sent. There is a downward-pointing arrow next to the "Sent Time" link.

To sort the emails in a folder by sender, click the "Sender" column header. You can sort emails in any folder in the same way. To sort emails in reverse order (i.e., from newest to oldest instead of oldest to newest), click the header again, and the arrow will change to point in the opposite direction.

The status column in the inbox displays the status of emails:

	Unread email icon, indicating a new email that you have not yet read
	Indicates an email conversation
	Indicates that you have replied to this email
	Indicates that you have forwarded this email to others
	Indicates that you have replied to this email and forwarded it to others
	Indicates that this email has been scheduled to be sent at a later time
	Indicates that this email is marked as "Low Priority"
	Indicates that this email is marked as: Urgent
	Indicates that this email is virus-free
	Indicates that the virus attached to this email has been successfully removed
	Indicates that this email contains a virus and removal failed
	Indicates that it is not possible to determine if this email contains a virus
	Indicates that this email has an attachment

You can use these statuses to manage your mailbox more conveniently.

• 1) Go to the folder containing the email you want to mark (e.g., "Inbox" or another folder).
• 2) Select the email you want to mark.
• 3) Click the "Mark as" dropdown list on the page.
• 4) From the dropdown list, select the status you want to apply to the email (New, Read, Urgent, Normal, Low).
• Alternatively, you can click the flag icon in front of the email subject on the email list page. After marking, the subject and flag will be highlighted in red.

By default, the system automatically empties emails from the [Deleted Items] folder that are older than 30 days. Therefore, please do not store important emails in the [Deleted Items] folder to ensure their safety.

Our email list is sorted by date, with the most recent emails at the top. It is possible that your new email has a much older date and is located on a later page of your mailbox. You will need to click "Next" until you find the new email.

Go to "Settings," then "Advanced," then "Folder Management" to create a new folder.

For custom folders, you can empty, rename, or delete them by clicking the corresponding links in the "Actions" column on the right.

Folders that are not empty cannot be deleted to prevent accidental loss of emails. You can only delete a folder when it contains no emails. Therefore, to delete a non-empty folder, you must first delete all the emails within it.

You can use the pin email feature to keep frequently viewed emails, to-do items, and important messages at the top of your email list for quick and easy access.

On the email list page, you can select the email(s) you want to pin (bulk pinning is supported), then click "Mark as" and choose "Pin Email" to move the email to the top. Similarly, select an email you no longer want pinned, then choose "Unpin" to move it back to its original position.

You can pin emails not only in your inbox, but also in your drafts, sent items, deleted items, junk mail, and virus folders. Pinning an email is only effective within the folder where it is pinned.

While reading an email, you can add the sender, CC recipients, and BCC recipients to your contacts at the same time. You can specify a contact group for them, which defaults to "Ungrouped." After clicking "Add All to Personal Contacts" next to the sender's name, a notification "Added XXX, XXX to personal contacts, [Modify]" will appear at the top of the menu bar. Clicking "Modify" will open a dialog box where you can edit the contact information.

Coremail provides a variety of color-coded category tags. In the inbox menu bar, you can select a color from the "Mark as" dropdown menu under "Other Colors" to categorize an email. You can also categorize an email by clicking the flag next to the subject on the read mail page.

While reading an email, hover over the sender's address bubble to display their contact card. Click "View correspondence" on the card to see all emails related to that sender.

For emails with attachments, you can include the original attachments when replying or replying to all. On the read mail page, select "Reply with Attachments" from the "Reply" button's dropdown menu, or "Reply All with Attachments" from the "Reply All" button's dropdown menu.
