• 4) If you see a success page, the change was successful. After a successful change, it is best to immediately log in to your mailbox once with the new password.

Here are some possible reasons:

• 1) Incorrect username or password. The Webmail page will display the message "Authentication failed. Please check your username and password carefully."
• 2) An error occurs after logging in and performing any action. Please carefully check the error message. If you see "FS_code," it means that a corresponding system service is abnormal. Please contact your email administrator.

After logging into your mailbox, if you are inactive for a long time and then try to perform an action, you will see an "operation timeout" message. You will need to log in again to continue using your mailbox. This is a security measure provided by the mailbox.

If you need to compose a long email, you should avoid doing so directly in the mailbox to prevent losing your work due to a timeout.

If you have forgotten your password or cannot log in to your account with it, you can use the "Forgot Password" feature to change or retrieve it. Please go to the homepage and click the "Forgot Password" link. The system will guide you through using this feature to change or retrieve your password. If you have not set your birthday and security question, please contact the system administrator to change your password.

Please check that you have entered the correct username and password, paying special attention to the case of the password: PASSWORD, PaSsWoRd, and password are treated as 3 different passwords.

If you are sure that you have entered the correct username and password but still cannot log in, please try using the "Forgot Password" feature to change your password and then try logging in again.

If you fail to change your password, please contact your email administrator.

Reminder: After your account is activated, please change your personal mailbox password immediately and make it a habit to change it regularly.

A possible reason is that you have exceeded the daily limit for sending and receiving emails via SMTP or POP (i.e., through a client like Outlook).

• 2) Please do not register your email address on various internet pages.
• 3) Do not give your email address to people you do not trust.

You can send and receive emails from anywhere in the world. The settings are the same as on a local area network, and you can use Webmail or SMTP/POP3.

It is very likely that the default gateway is set incorrectly. Please contact your network administrator for assistance in correcting it.

Webmail provides the latest customer experience. The first time you log in, the page may load slowly. Once the page is loaded, you will enjoy the latest, fastest, and most convenient Webmail page operations. If you feel that your first Webmail login is too slow, we suggest you try the following methods:

• 1) Force refresh. On the data loading page, press CTRL+F5 to force a refresh. Wait a moment, and you will be able to experience the new Webmail interface.
• 2) Clear your browser's cache. In IE, click Tools -> Internet Options -> General -> Delete Files, then click "OK."
• 3) Check if you have a firewall or other internet assistant installed with AD Blocking (ad/pop-up blocking) enabled. We recommend that you disable AD Blocking to make your Webmail login faster.
